[MOD] Money Field Race beta

GAMEPLAY
- Each team has a nuke truck that spawns at the starting station at the top of the map after 60 seconds.
- The goal is to push your nuke truck along the designated course to the enemy base.
- When your nuke truck reaches the enemy base all enemies are instantly defeated.

MONEY FIELDS
- All traditional eco from supplies and oils have been removed and replaced by Money Fields.
- Place ground units on these fields to earn $/sec relative to the number displayed on that money field.
- YOUR TEAM SHARES THE MONEY!!! If you own a money field, every member of your team will receive the income too!
- The value of each money field on your team's side of the map will be upgraded in $5 increments by pushing your nuke truck through each checkpoint.
- You can place units on all money fields, not just the ones on your side of the map.
