This is the third and final AOD map I created back in April 2010 under my old gamertag Krexel. The map is horribly named thanks to my genious English skills back in the day, but I'm just gonna roll with it for nostalgia's sake.
I didn't play it online often, so unlike my two other maps I have never seen it show up in community map packs. Which is a shame, because this one is by far the most detailed and advanced scripted map I made. I would consider it my magnum opus. Recovered from an old HDD I still had laying around on the loft. It's full of grammar mistakes, stupid unnecessary pascal casing, I had never heard about the map.str file and the scripting is an absolute mess. I'm however still impressed I managed to pull it off at that age. Apparently I even replicated the satellite intro from the campaign.
This map is pretty small, so make good use of your space! This was needed due to performance issues. All the generals in the game will try to launch a missile and you need to stop them! It's quite difficult... I remember I could actually solo this map using the laser or infantry general, but now I just get absolutely wrecked. I also remember it had a spectacular finale, so definitely worth a shot. Good luck! I hope you will enjoy my little time capsule.
