This map reminds me of USA, Idaho.
It is a 5 player map for co-op or versus and at the moment in untested alpha state.

All Players have to unzip the folder "Tiberian_Dawn" to
C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\CnCRemastered\Custom_Maps
Next step is to host a server. Now you have to go to community maps and search for Zydaho and download it again, your friend shoud do that, too. I think that integrates the map into your folder in the game.
