After the war small factions across the globe vied for the smallest amounts of land free from mainland Europe's grasp. Eight of those factions wound up living on islands in the Artic Ocean. Each of these factions has so far peacefully coexisted with their neighbors, but resources are running low. All eight factions know if they start moving towards Money Island war will break out fracturing this unwritten peace treaty.
