Simple tiny mod to rename Minigunners to 'Rifleman'. (Will also work with gameplay mods.)
This isn't a nostalgic name restoration, just clearing up a very minor gripe some have, especially to 2020 standards. It's not a big deal, but it's also not a big mod.
Renames for both factions: They use the same infantry. I looked into a heavier method for faction-specific soldiers but didn't figure it out so just uploaded this.
I did include an extra line to rename Nod minigunners but I'm pretty sure it won't do anything currently.
Compatible with effectively anything. C&C Remastered modding doesn't allow duplicate file changes but no major mods touch Minigunner names.

In March 2021 a very angry brony dropped by, arguing that they were called "minigunners" because they are "miniature soldiers". I enjoy critique but decided to delete the comments because they went a smidge over the line by also insulting people subscribed to the mod, but decided to commemorate the event here.
They're miniature soldiers.
