You must establish a base in the region. Reports indicate the area is directly in the migratory path of the local hostile animal life, so prepare to defend against any attack.
There was a bug in the original game where if you saved Funpark Mission 4 and reloaded it you would gain access to both GDI and Nod Buildings, Units, Infantry and Aircraft. This should work the same way, it does for me. Hope you enjoy it.
