This was my (possibly a bit cheesy) backstory to the fact that all Allied units wear the same uniforms and have the same colour tanks, where my previous mods acted from the assumption that the German military would be particularly important on the Allied side in this timeline (though of course you can simply ignore my vague backstories). In this mod, the Allies are a unified army stuck in pleasant bluish green, which I got from ThaneWulfgharn on Moddb and is based on a Greek armour camo. The Soviets have the same tan colour as in my Uniform Version.
This mod doesn't use a dll file, meaning it should be compatible with any mod that doesn't change CNCRATEAMCOLORS.XML or the art files of the Soviet Barracks.
