Infinite Gold, some tweaks to power costs for buildings, increased storage in the ore silo, some AI logic tweaks. Human player 1 must be RED, Human Player 2 must be BLUE, and Human Player 3 must be GREEN and all three need to start in the central section of the map as some advantages are pre built for humans to take over.
