Nod has nearly completed its occupation of Africa and is pushing into Western Europe. They have reached the Rhine river and are about to launch a final offensive to push through Germany. Establish a base on the western side of the river and destroy all Nod presence in this region.
The Brotherhood has only recently arrived in the area and haven't had much time to construct Nod SAM Sites. Destroy the few that they've been able to build and we'll provide air support. This will allow you to cross the river and destroy their bases.
