The Ion Cannon has been fired on the White House and of course Nod is behind it. Command are dealing with the media, the public turning against us and Nod forces that are attacking us everywhere. They are trying to keep us busy and our forces spread thin so we can't react, while they re-position the satellite in orbit above their next target. We know the codes that were used to bypass our login and are tracing them as we speak. This will take time, which we don't have.
That's where you come in Commander. We know the location of where the signal was transmitted, it was our old Ion test site in Africa which we lost to Nod forces a few months ago. Nod must have taken over the Advanced Communication Centre and stolen the codes to use it. We only have a limited amount of forces to give you at this time, but all you have to do is destroy the Centre. Without it, Nod won't be able to fire the Ion Canon again unless they take another, which will give us the time to find out where the codes where activated. One of our Commandos is close by from a previous mission and also a Medium Tank which we have re-directed for your use. I'll see what I can do to send more Reinforcements your way from here. Nod Mission 12 but you are GDI and it is set shortly after the end of the Nod Campaign. Hard Mission, as it is a tough start and later on Nod forces become very aggressive. Good Luck Commanders!
