RA color mod

Hello!

This is a small mod that modifies all Red Alert skirmish and campaign colors.

Many thanks to Jozef for the great and useful guides and materials.

There is also a similar mod for TD under the name "TD color mod"

Included features from other mods:

- Red USSR Flag for all Soviet Barracks by eksmad (many thanks!)
