Note: As the title suggests, this is a "lite" version of my Super Red Alert cheat. It provides some advantage, but you still have to work to win the fight.
Mod features:
1. Begin building immediately.
2. Credit balance starts at 10,000 and never falls below that amount.
3. Power units start at 10,000 making power plants unnecessary. But at least one power plant should be built to access new building options.
