NOD has gotten into great power, the war was never over, that was just to keep the masses from a world panic, you really think 1 small base with a temple would end the war, NOD is a great empire and we cannot keep it a secret anymore, the only way to really end this war, is to force them to surrender with the full force of the GDI!
