for the longest time, i had one major gripe with Command & Conquer:
While vehicles had a small radio effect and some static noises in their voice lines, infantry did not and it pissed me the f#@k off.
It felt so inconsistent.
Now that C&C can be easily modified through the workshop systems, it's time i change that.
Introducing the "Radio Effect mod":
Content - adds an old-school radio effect to the beginning & end to all unit responses
- adds static noise behind all voice lines
- different static sounds for infantry (outdoor) and vehicles (inside)
- tunes the volume down for the commando voice lines to be consistent with enviromental suroundings
Known issues Due to the intentional delay between radio effects and unit lines, you may notice a small overlapping.
Will only happen, if you dish out orders in very quick succession.
