We've tracked a key GDI scientist to the area who was the mastermind for GDI's recent money making schemes. Our sources tell us that he is working on a new type of technology for GDI that will provide them with all the Funds they need to fund their war effort against the Brotherhood. This cannot, i repeat, CANNOT be allowed.
