Commander The Black Hand have offered you and your forces
a position within their ranks, however before that is possible
you will have to proof yourself one last time.
A valuable Tiberium field has been located near a
Town with a UN Outpost in eastern europe, but there is no space
to set up a Harvesting operation. Destroy the Town and
if you can, take care of the UN security forces protecting it.
Beware GDI wont sit idle while Civilians are being attacked,
thay will send in Reinforcements to back up the UN Forces.
