BEFORE WE'LL CONTINUE, I HAVE TO ADD HERE THAT THIS MAP IS ONLY FOR 4 PLAYERS!!! I DON'T KNOW WHY GAME DECIDED YOU CAN PLACE 8 PLAYERS HERE. ONLY 4 PLAYERS!!!
I decided to create a map which is fully orientated on air units and their air attacks. And to make it as fair as possible (or balanced) I gave to every player Aliied's and USSR's helipads (2 of each), which will not attack players and 4 airfields near all player spawns.
So you better to secure them by any means necessary, because there are no prebuilt Construction Factories involved on each player side which you can capture. That means if you somehow lose those buildings, then you'll lose your ability to build foreign air-units (depends on which side you choose to play and conquer: Aliied or Soviet). Also there is no place for naval units here, even if there is a river in the middle.
BUT before players (or player and other from 1 to 3 Skirmish AI) will start to attack each other they all will have one mutual struggle, that will be bothering all 4 players...
And before that here is the pattern of how you should play this map if you don't want to be attacked at the beginning or miss your reinforcements: Player 1 - yellow at North-West, Player 2 - cyan at South-West, Player 3 - red at North-East, Player-4 - green at South-East. Do it ONLY LIKE THIS (with no matter which country you choose for it), or you all will regret about trying something different in terms of colors and spawn locations. Country doesn't matter, but your color IS matter in terms of reinforcement or not being attacked by other's reinforcements.

P.S. RA Immersive Helis mod not necessary for this map, but recommended, understand? But with this thing you'll be stuck playing this map in offline (or in LAN-mode if it's still possible).
