Brother, it seems like you really are the one to lead us to victory in Europe , not only that your unstopabble winning streak has planted fear in the hearts of many GDI soldiers and commanders you have also become a true hero in the eyes of many of our brethren , you have pleased Kane time after time and as a result Kane's personal elite unit "The Black Hand" has decided to set their eyes on you knowing that you may prove yourself as a worthful candidate to serve within their ranks , keep pleasing our master and his elite unit and there is no doubt that soon enough you will have the indisputable honor to join the Black Hand and get yourself closer to our Messiah and leader! now while GDI is still mourning their defeat in Ostrava and the loss of one their best Commandos it's time for us to move on to the next phase in our glorious conquest of Europe , almost two weeks ago our brothers in Benin, Africa attempted to steal a Nuclear Detonator from GDI with the help of some local rebels , unfortunately they failed to do so but a very interesting twist happened along with their failure , GDI decided to annihilate the whole rebel village with their counterattack which resulted in the deaths of many innocent women and children , while it's pretty much safe to say that it wasn't GDI's intention to do so their actions still caused a lot of anger and negative criticism around the world , the UN has also decided to intervene following the events by starting an open investigation since those fools are significantly funding GDI's war efforts , it seems like now we have an opportunity that we can't miss to turn the world against GDI! we shall start by breaking the GDI-UN alliance which will dramatically weaken GDI's funding dealing them a massive economical blow but more importantly it will probably cause an open violent hostility between the two factions , Brother we know just how we are going to do the above , near the city of Salzburg, Austria lays a large civilian populated area divided into 3 villages , GDI and UN forces are constantly present in the area serving as guards to the local population while also aiding them with some economical support , GDI is occupying the Northern part of the area and the large Nothern-West village while the UN is stationed at the Southern part of the area occupying the 2 smaller villages , you are going to sneak into the area with a few small infantry squads in order to take control over the small GDI outpost to the North utilizing any resources that you can find there and then by using GDI's own equipment you will commit a small genocide by killing all the civilians in the area and burning all 3 villages to the ground while destroying any UN or GDI forces that may stand in your way , just keep in mind that before you move on to the South and engage any of the UN forces you MUST first destroy the GDI Comm. center located at the Northern-West village so GDI won't be able to inform the UN forces in the area of our presence since it will blow our cover and ruin our whole grand plan , by the way our brothers in Africa are planning a similar scheme to shift the gears up and add a boost of fuel into the flames , soon enough my friend GDI is about to make some new enemies and bring their impending doom one step closer towards them! See to it that this operation ends with a success and remember that Kane and the Black Hand themselves are watching closely this one!
