NOD has done something that GDI really doesn't like. There is a rumour circulating that there is a Tiberium gas leak at the Bio Research facilities although, there is no proof, well according to nod there isn't. Make sure those facilities survive for 800-time units so NOD can clean up the mess. GDI have setup a couple of outposts in the area, destroy them if you can to make your life easier.
