Intel reports that our bases fell quickly due to armed civilians performed several guerilla tactics. We need to get rid of them quietly. There is water treatment facility that provides fresh water to their Soviets and civilians who attacked us. Steal truck at nearby chemical facility, load agents into the truck and then bring it to the water treatment facility to the Northwest. This will poison water supply and kill them. Disable base power then steal their money too. And then, capture nearby Soviet weapons factory that hasn't been poisoned - use it to assassinate the Soviet Commander who have gaslighten civilians.

MISSION OBJECTIVE

1. Steal Soviet Truck by Spy infiltrating into Technology Center
2. DO NOT KILL ANYONE until reaching the Technology Center
3. Load onto Supply Truck and reach to the Bio Research Center. Have Spy infiltrate into the building
4. Bring defenses down by Tanya destroy some of Power Plants. Make Thieves steal money afterwards
5. After town is cleared from poison, capture Soviet Weapons Factory, build units and kill Soviet Commander before he takes a chance to leave
