Changes the EVA announcer to Barney Calhoun from Half-Life, specifically Half-Life 1 and its Expansion packs.
Used Elevenlabs to create the voice lines, with two lines directly sourced from the game. Tried using Uberduck, but I wasn't getting the emotion and sound I wanted.
