It seems the locals have teamed up with NOD & have hauled up in some old & abandoned GDI base, so they've got both our technology & NOD's. Thank god they don't have their own construction site there or we'd be doomed. It seems the explanation of how they even found the base in the first place is that a previously thought to be KIA general turned over the intel on the base to our enemy NOD, and NOD convinced the local villages that GDI is full of bandits and murderers. A load of bull if you ask me. So. You and another Commander of your choosing will have to go in, destroy the NOD cannons to the west, and establish your bases past the river. NOD seems to have sent their own Commander to the area as well- so his defeat will be your priority. Destroy the abandoned GDI base that has gone turncoat IF POSSIBLE. Good luck Commander.
