A radical faction of our forces has stolen all of our cybernetic weapons, threatening to use them against the Allies. Since the weapons are highly unstable after the creator's defect, it could cause collateral damage to us if released. However, they still have not reprogram Chitzkoi...yet. You must act quickly before they do.
Take Stalin's commando team and secure the base at the SE. Send our scientist into the research tech center to recover Chitzkoi, and use it to subdue Volkov. Then, bring Volkov to the hospital where we can restore him. With Volkov on our side, send him to destroy the SAM Sites so we can decimate the Alloy Facility.
As for the Super Tanks, destroy the Control Center at the NE to tamper with their programming, which would cause them to self-destruct.
