The Black Hand are determined to throw us off the track of Slavik and have been disrupting our Ion Cannon Satellite to do so. They have a Comm center here which they're using to cause it to Malfunction firing on random targets. The region is rife with Nod and Black Hand Elites, The Black Hand are supplying the Comm Center's power with a base in the south across the river. This will be a two-pronged assault. A Local fisherman has agreed to show us where the Power grid is if we destroy the shore guns first.
