Replaces the EVA announcer with Lt Eva from Red Alert 2. The most prominent voicelines are sourced directly from Red ALert 2, with additional plot related voice lines generated in AI made with Elevenlabs. As to why an additional voice pack for Tiberian Dawn and not just Red Alert 2 I liked the irony of it. Red Alert 2 Eva as EVA for C&C 1. Might consider a Zofia mod for Tiberian Dawn, but only if there's enough interest.
