According to scouts, other survivors of the Red Army are at war with another faction there. Unfortunately, we do not know who they are, nor whether they will fight for or against us. But we do know that they are fighting the Soviets with all their might. This may be your chance Commander. Our reconnaissance units have also reported that there is an old base in this area which has probably not been used for some time. Find and capture it. We'll send our guys from the engineering department over as soon as they've located the abandoned base. Then destroy all enemy units and buildings in the area. Good luck Commander.
