BARREL YOUR WAY TO VICTORY in KLaPPer SNaPPer's "BARRELS of FUN" MAP!
You will start the map in a bunker surrounded by concrete walls and explosive barrels making it impossible for the MCV to be deployed at the starting location (assuming settings are set to 0 starting units). So, the player must hurriedly race towards the center of the map or risk an opponent blocking the only exit from the bunker leaving you at their mercy.
Once in the center of the map you may decide to try and get an early advantage on your opponents and start your base in the low resource/high traffic environment. Another option you have is to work your way to the outer edge of the map where there is the promise of more space for base building as well as a supply of gems.
Notes:
- The map contains 1,200 exploding barrels! Even if only just one is detonated it will set off an uncontrolled chain reaction.
- There is a total of 422,600 starting resources (319,200 gold + 103,400 gems).
