The Soviets are beginning construction of a new class of submarine capable of launching sea-to-ground and sea-to-air missiles. We don't have to tell you the amount of devastation these could cause.
Take our commando squad and escort the spy to infiltrate the nearest Sub Pen to gain access to Sonar Pulse. Keep this Sub Pen active if you wish to keep using the Sonar Pulse. Activate the sonar so we can pinpoint enemy submarine locations to clear the way for reinforcements. You will be granted access to your full arsenal, but so does the Soviet commander here.
Destroy the Tech Center and the NORTHWEST-MOST Submarine Pen that is creating these monstrosity subs. The other Sub Pens or the Soviet base are optional. If any Missile Subs are built, prevent them from escaping to the open waters east. We have built a fake base at the east to slow them down if any attempts to escape but that won't be enough so it's up to you.

This is an espionage, search & destroy Allies custom mission. Due to the absense of appropriate text of submarines escaping, I've used the "Spy Escaped" text in place of a missile sub escaping (in case a player wondering why they suddenly fail, I need to put a text to inform why).
If you hear a warning siren in the middle of the game (and later a cutscene), it's to alert you that the flow of missile subs are on their way.
