Even after the Coalitions defeat Soviet army at Moscow. There still have lots of pockets and resistance everywhere. But in no time we're certain that Red Army will collapse soon.
As the Red army pocket in balkan still hold out strong. We'll sent Agent Rook to contact local partisan cells to aid our offensive as we can't directly land our forces. Use Rook to infill command center to secure contact with partisans.
The partisans are preparing for an upriising at towns near soviet base. However, They need to coordinate their mission with our operation. Command them when you have establish contact.
