Same as the V5 version with following changes:
Cannot build Airfields or Helipads, but there are 24 available in each corner for capture.
This should leave 4 aircraft slots open for the entire game for spy planes and para drops to continue to work, and also prevent anyone hoarding air.
Airfields have been buffed, 2500hp (half of an MCV).
