CRT Cutscenes - Tiberian Dawn
Replaces the Remastered Collection's AI-upscaled cutscenes with the original FMVs, presented the way they looked on a 1990s TV. The CRT effect and letterboxed presentation are effective at hiding compression artifacts.
What it does

Source: the original PlayStation FMVs (24-bit color, the same footage the remaster's upscales were made from). Where the PlayStation release lacks a clip, the original PC VQA is used instead.

Look: each frame is rendered through the crt-royale CRT shader (scanlines, phosphor mask and a soft glow) at true TV size: the 4:3 picture fills the screen height, with the movie letterboxed inside.

Enable it under Options > Mods.

The originals run at 15 fps; the mod includes subtitle timings re-made for them (English, French, German).

About 11 GB.
